How long must women wait for liberty?

The aim of this conference blog is to document the organization of a conference that will take place at the University of Lille and the University of Marne-la-Vallée from January 8 to January 10 2020 for the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment, guaranteeing and protecting women’s constitutional right to vote. Posts related to voting rights in contemporary America will be published on the blog. It will also deal with the various publications that will follow the conference (conference proceedings, books, edited volumes etc.)
